Paul Rapley is a nineteen yr. cancer survivor who now has a passion to see others healed. He has a Bible college masters under Jack Hayford's School. He also graduated Bill Johnson's School of ministry. Every meeting he holds, miracles take place. He is a firm believer that signs and wonders will follow the preaching of Jesus.
