Blessings of the Psalms Pt. 2
Psalms is filled with God's blessings. Chapter 91 is very much proof of that.
The blessing is that in Him we have a secret place. This isn't just a place where we can find Him and seek Him. This is a place that we are His and He cares for those who are His. When we are in His secret place, we are a citizen of Heaven. Heaven protects those who belong to it. This secret place allows us safety from the traps and snares of the enemy, when we are grounded in His truth. His truth guides us to what we should and should not do. Not because He wants to rob us, but to guide us away from the path that leads to the very thing the enemy will use to trip us. His truth blocks out the noise that surrounds us on a daily basis. His truth is found in His word. Along with the noise in our lives, there is always stuff. Stuff like loss, calamity and pressure. While we face stuff, His secret place keeps us from being overtaken by the things falling all around us. We can find His protection with the secret place. Because we are of Heaven, He sends Heaven to fight for us. Including His angels.
We are capable of sending these angels before us in every aspect of life. Finances. Children. Doctor visits. Negotiations. They are there for us to use. And lastly, as we know Him by name we will know Him for who He is and the blessing we need in the very moment we are in. He is all that you need.
